Coffee Roasting 101

Join us at the roastery for a course on the basics of coffee roasting (approx. 2-3 hours). This class covers an introduction to the history of coffee, roast profiling, a demonstration of coffee roasting, a hands-on coffee roasting experience, weighing and bagging roasted coffee, and a coffee tasting. Participants will leave with a 12-oz. bag of their own freshly roasted coffee beans.
Maximum Class Size: 4 People (this ensures everyone has a chance to roast coffee!)
