Alla Prima Coffee Roaster was founded in 2020 with the mission of fusing a passion for art with an enthusiasm for specialty coffee.

Owner Summer Sevi carefully explores the potential of each coffee to determine the bean’s ideal treatment through manual roasting. Previously owning and operating a micro-roastery and coffee shop in the Washington D.C. area, she used this experience to bring artisan coffee to the Florida Gulf Coast.

Summer is a Pensacola native and local artist, permanently exhibiting her work at Blue Morning Gallery in downtown Pensacola. Her goal is to share coffee as a work of art.
